We support deep-tech teams at the point where manufacturability decisions matter most — before time and capital are committed

How We Work

Three focused engagements designed to reduce manufacturing risk and enable credible foundry engagement

Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Review
We perform a high-level review of your existing device design to assess alignment with common MEMS and semiconductor fabrication constraints. The review focuses on identifying manufacturability risks related to process flow, materials, tolerances, and integration assumptions. The objective is to surface issues early, before they impact yield, cost, or foundry feasibility

Foundry Readiness Program
We help structure the technical context required for effective foundry engagement, including documentation, process assumptions, and open technical questions. This work ensures your design intent is communicated in terms that foundries can evaluate against their capabilities. The result is a more efficient and technically grounded initial engagement

Foundry Sourcing & Matching
We evaluate your device requirements against foundry capabilities to identify facilities that are realistically aligned with your technical needs and development stage. Considerations include process maturity, tooling, materials, and risk tolerance. The goal is to reduce time spent on misaligned engagements and focus efforts on credible manufacturing paths

Each engagement is designed to bring clarity early, reduce avoidable risk, and support confident, technically grounded decisions as you move toward fabrication.

What to Expect

1 - Initial Context Review
We begin with a high-level review of your device concept, current development stage, and technical assumptions. This conversation is used to understand where you are in the process and what decisions are coming next.

A focused, structured engagement designed to create clarity early and avoid unnecessary iteration.

2 - Technical Risk & Readiness
We evaluate manufacturability risks, process assumptions, and readiness gaps based on your design and documentation. The goal is to surface issues early, before they affect yield, cost, or foundry engagement.

3 - Clear Next Steps
You receive structured feedback and a recommended path forward — whether that means refining assumptions, preparing for a foundry conversation, or identifying suitable manufacturing partners.

Who This is For

This engagement is designed for teams who already have a technically credible concept and are preparing to engage a foundry for the first time — or to do so more effectively.

It is not a fit for teams seeking contract manufacturing, process execution, or late-stage production support.

Our role is advisory and technical — focused on clarity, readiness, and alignment before fabrication begins.

Start With a Conversation

If you’re preparing for a foundry conversation and want to avoid misalignment, rework, or unnecessary iteration, the fastest way to start is a focused readiness discussion.

We’ll review where you are, what needs to be true for fabrication, and whether this engagement is the right next step.
